me you and us in 21 community workshop series

The workshop is for parents and community members and takes a look at educational engagement in 21st century learning. 

Participants are introduced to the concepts surrounding  learning styles and the different learning styles of individuals

Participants explore 21st century learning processes of creativity, communication, critical thinking and collaboration through a series of fun and interactive, rich task workshops based on a topic the school would like explored. Initial ideas for activities include: 
•Research: case studies
•Multi media- exploring and creating visual literacy
•Story writing
•Artworks

Basic ideas for activities to investigate the topic are introduced in workshop 1 and participants through the understanding of their personalised learning styles, collaborate and communicate amongst each other to critically explore and creatively further develop extensions or changes to the original ideas  culturally and contextually.
